We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please ensure it is in its original condition (unworn with original tags attached) and return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. During the Holiday season (November 1st – December 25th), we extend the return window, accepting returns received by January 10th. Please note that international returns and exchanges do not include prepaid return labels, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Maintaining Original Condition

To ensure that we can accept your return, please keep items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. This will help us process your return quickly and make the item available to other customers.

Additional Tips:

  • Shoes: Shoes can scuff easily on hard surfaces. Please try them on carpeted areas. Shoe boxes are part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged along with the shoes.
  • Swimwear & Lingerie: For sanitary reasons, please try on these items over your underwear and do not remove the protective slip.
  • Tops & Dresses: Be cautious of makeup transfer when trying on garments.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, we will do our best to assist with repairs or obtain replacement parts, but we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund for items that cannot be repaired.

Please note that some items may be marked as FINAL SALE. These items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
